Brady Brady Delaney Young, P.A. is committed to provide you with competent, high quality, timely and cost-effective legal services to meet all your legal needs. We pride ourselves on delivering large firm services with the small firm atmosphere.
Our attorneys are members of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Cumberland County Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. In order to maintain their expertise and the latest changes in the law in their area of practice, each attorney regularly attends continuing legal education courses presented by the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, North Carolina Bar Association, and other presenters. You can be assured of competent representation to the fullest extent of the law.
We offer legal services in the areas of wrongful death, personal injury, traffic, expungement, criminal, misdemeanor, felonies, DWI, adoption, legal separation, divorce, child support, child custody, alimony, alienation of affection, division of property, domestic violence, and assault on a female.
Our firm represents military personnel from the surrounding military communities, Fort Bragg and Pope Army Air Field, and those stationed all over the world on matters in Cumberland County, North Carolina. In addition, we represent many persons who live outside of North Carolina, but have a need for legal representation in this jurisdiction.
We bring a personal involvement to our work, devoting ourselves to you and your legal needs. We will help with your understanding of the laws as they pertain to your situation and help you to establish the expectations and objectives for a fair and just outcome. In addition, we are acutely aware of budget constraints and strive to provide result-oriented legal services at a fair and reasonable price. Most initial consultations are free, and a reasonable payment plan can be arranged if you choose to hire the firm. A small consultation fee of $50 is required for divorce, custody, and other family law cases. This consultation fee is only $25 when you show your valid military ID.
Our unique blend of large firm resourcefulness with small firm versatility has gained us a large and diverse clientele throughout the Fayetteville and greater Cumberland County community. Our commitment to provide each and every client with the highest quality legal representation possible is our most fundamental tenet.
